Nothing is known in terms of what decision Cristiano will make at the end of this season. Despite being contracted until 2023 at United, he may be leaving the club this summer after not having the season he would have hoped. Champions League qualification is now looking highly unlikely and the attacker will not be keen on the idea of missing out on the competition next season.

In England, they see his exit as highly probable. Current interim boss at United, Ralf Rangnick, is conscious of the fact that the Red Devils need to be looking at signing more strikers. “You have to know what Cristiano wants to do… and go for two strikers, that’s certain”, he commented recently.

‘The Mirror’ has even suggested Ronaldo’s next destination. The British paper reports that he may end up playing alongside Leo Messi in the PSG squad.

Ever since the rumours of Cristiano Ronaldo making an early exit from United, PSG have been the team on most people’s minds as his next club. Kylain Mbappe comes to the end of his contract in June and could well be moving on to Real Madrid. Therefore, this would leave room for Ronaldo in the PSG team.

Currently, Cristiano has not mentioned anything publically about his future. However, ‘The Mirror’s’ report dreams of an historic duo of Messi and Ronaldo at PSG. After years of the two players battling it out for the world’s best player crown, what better way would it be to end this with the two fighting for the same cause in the same squad.
